Mahdad Taheri oversees the team and most projects at TVI, making sure each client gets end-products and services that continuously meet or exceed expectations. Clients can expect to see Mahdad's creative and strategic direction, along with hands-on design, in the first project they collaborate with TVI on.

He is a passionate entrepreneur whose dedication to the design, media and hospitality industries stems from a love of diverse people, music, art, food and most importanly, life! He is a designer and problem solver, passionate about creating simple solutions to problems. Mahdad gets out of bed every morning with an excitement to create and build meaningful brands. He is a collector of Coca Cola cans from around the world, which since the age of 13, has lead him to develop a deep understanding of how brands connect with people through design and psychology. His favorite brands are Virgin and Apple, and the entrepreneurs who inspire him, are their founders.

Mahdad has lived in four countries and speaks English, Spanish, French and Farsi fluently. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Montreal's McGill University in Information Systems Design and Finance and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Graphic Communications Management & Technology at NYU.

Kyle DohertyAccount Manager

As Account Manager, Kyle's responsibilities are managing projects and client relationships, educating clients on TVI's full range of capabilities, reviewing client requests for quality assurance and conducting audits of accounts regularty to explore new opportunities and areas for added value.

Kyle is fascinated by how communication between people and digital media & technologies can transform individuals, organizations and communities. He believes that today a "pretty" website no longer cuts it; for organizations to have success it is imperative they have a holistic online strategy. Kyle is passionate about learning new web technologies and online marketing practices, especially user experience and interaction and applying them to help TVI's clients achieve their goals.

Before joining TVI Kyle taught Business and Entrepreneurship at the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology in Accra, Ghana and canÕt wait to go back to see the cool Tech startups his students have created. Prior to working in Ghana, Kyle studied and worked in Santiago, Chile at Universidad del Desarrollo and as a Business Consulting Intern for TechnoServe. He received his bachelors degree from SDSU in International Business with an emphasis on Latin America. The two coolest things he's done are lived in Ghana and mountain biked down the Death Road in Bolivia.

Peter AmesSenior Designer

Most likely to say on any day ... "How can I make this better?"

As a Senior Designer at TVI, Peter creates digital and graphic designs by blending his traditional arts background with latest technologies. His artistic perspective and raw talent create a unique style of design for each client. Peter collaborates with clients during initial design projects and in ongoing design support. He is a graphic artist and TVI's front-end design and CSS expert.

Peter's continuous source of motivation is figuring out how to make something different and unique - something that hasn't been seen or done before, and that will inspire. His biggest critic, like most artists, is himself. His favorite website is The Oatmeal because it shows how one person, with a great idea, can make an impact through illustration. His favorite artists are H.R. Giger, Rembrandt, and Alex Pardee, whose works include The Book of Numbers and Bunnywith.

Peter's personal art has been displayed all over the world from Japan to California. He is a graduate of The School of Visual Arts in New York with a bachelor's degree in illustration and has been working with digital technology for the past 12 years. He has lived in New York and New Jersey where he worked on Illustrated Books including Garfield, Arthur and Small Heroes.

Jennifer EganAnimator / Designer

Most likely to say on any day ... "Animation is not a quick process!"

Jennifer handles all movement and animation challenges on websites, animated invites and videos. When not working on animation, she works directly with clients on print and web design needs for anything from flyers and posters, to print ads and menus.

Jennifer has been interested in animation for as long as she can remember. While other people think it's insane to work on something for days just to get a few seconds of animation done, she begs to differ. She loves bringing things to life, making people laugh, and watching people's reactions when the work's all done. Her favorite animator is Chuck Jones and she can recite pretty much any Looney Tunes short.

Since graduating from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2003 Jennifer has worked steadily in New York as both a freelancer and fulltime. Her wide range of work includes video editing, motion graphics and the occasional music video. She has been featured on funnyordie.com and her work can also be seen in the award winning independent documentary 'My name is Alan and I paint pictures.'

Siede ColemanGraphic Designer

Most likely to say on any day ... "I am loving that typeface."

Siede's primary responsibilities at TVI include assisting senior designers with the production of web/graphic design concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns for clients as well as TVI's network of properties. She also manipulates and optimizes graphics for both web and print and maintains website updates and front end development.

To Siede, the possibilities of design are endless and the profound effect that design has on culture, emotions, and attitudes fascinates her. She has a strong affinity for type and can often be found fervently scouring sites such as welovetypography.com and thedieline.com for well-crafted uses of type. In her free time, Siede loves to draw. She received The Daily Pennsylvanian's Opinion Artist of the Year in 2010 for her illustrations with the newspaper. Heads of State, Tavis Coburn, Stanley Chow, and Olly Moss are a few of the brilliant illustrators that inspire her.

Siede graduated in the spring of 2011 from the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her bachelors degree in Communication Design. She plans on pursuing masters degrees in business and film and hopes to bridge the creative with the managerial.

Erin DriscollMarketing & Social Media

Erin is passionate about art, media, and all things digital. She loves creative writing, arts and crafts, and anything that gets the wheels in her head turning. She's a sucker for reality television, enjoys reading pop culture blogs and finding humorous Twitter accounts to follow. Erin is motivated each day by my desire to never miss out on an opportunity.

Erin graduated from Ithaca College in May 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications. In her senior year she served as Co-Chair of the marketing department for the Senior Class Cabinet, creating a variety of promotional materials for various senior class events.

Sherene PerrierMarketing & Social Media

Sherene is a self proclaimed "music maven" and cultural enthusiast. She loves exploring various musical genres, scouring blogs and YouTube to discover fresh talent and attending live music performances all over the city. She aspires to share her love of live music and open her own venue in the future. Sherene also enjoys watching theatre performances and travelling. Her favorite show is Fela and her favorite cities are London, Kuala Lumpur and Marrakech.

Mike OristianWeb / Applications Developer

Mike's role as an applications developer for Decogram, a TVI partner, brings to bear his Information Architecture experience, object modelling expertise, and programming skills. For our larger scale projects, Mike ensures the features of applications are unified by their simplicity and business value, and aren't just arbitrary bells and whistles. He translates requirements into data models and identifies opportunities to enhance the interactivity of every site.

An avid rock/jazz pianist and singer, Mike is passionate about writing songs and playing old standards. He loves to surf and travel, especially together, and always has a hankering for the Great American Road Trip. If he's not partaking in these hobbies, he's likely disappeared on a Ruby and Javascript bender.

Mike has been developing web applications since '97, and has been working with the Ruby on Rails framework since 2006. He's built an encrypted document dissemination platform for an equities research company, a number of Content Management solutions, and multiple social networking sites for clients. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Stanford University.

Jordana DivonCopywriter

Jordana also works for Metro News Canada as a copy editor and freelance reporter. In addition to her work at Metro, she writes for the Canadian Jewish News, Friday Night magazine, contributes to high-traffic website MySecretBoston.com, produces video blogs for non-profit organizations, and has taught multimedia at Ryerson's Verse City.

She holds two Master's degrees in English and Broadcast Journalism.
