What We Expect From Our Clients

The following points represent our expectations of clients to make projects go as smooth as possible and our relationship long-lasting. Our experience shows that by identifying mutual expectations early in the process this effort will lead to smoother project execution and an enhanced final product.

Information and Content Gathering
  • Direct access to decision makers during the discovery stages of a project
  • Prompt delivery of content in batches (or all at once) - content that comes in trickles becomes quite difficult to manage. Large files over 10 megabytes should not be sent by email, but rather by CD, DVD, FTP upload or programs such as YouSendIt.com.
  • Delivered content is finalized and approved internally. If content is not finalized it should be identified as FPO (for position only). Until content is received you will see FPO latin text used by our team.
Approval and Sign-off Process
  • Clear establishment of sign-off process at beginning of project
  • Identification of ultimate project owner responsible for milestone sign-off
  • Prompt review/changes/approval of milestones per project plan
  • Prompt feedback of mid-project deliverables
The Development Process
  • Stating when deliverables are formally accepted and/or approved - via email
  • When a project moves out of scope clients should understand that change orders might be necessary to continue
  • When a design direction is finalized clients should understand that additional changes may incur timeframe delays, which may in turn have budget impact
Collaborative Relationship
  • Inclusion of TVI in pre-project planning and strategy sessions - this will help us better understand the goals and true scope of projects. This will make our proposals and work orders much more inline with the end product
  • Prompt payment of approved invoices and reimbursable expenses
  • In most engagements there are two clients - internal constituents of the organization and users of the product. Both "clients" must be satisfied; this perspective needs to be shared by all parties involved. At times these two groups may have different goals - this fact needs to be recognized and considered throughout the relationship
